1. Walk starts on Solidarity Square the place where "Solidarity" movement was born and communist regime collapsed.
You will see there Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers killed by militia in December 1970,
the Historic Gate of Gdansk Shipyard the witness of the remarkable August days which started to form a new deal in Europe, BHP Hall in which the negotiations with the representatives of Polish Government and the Inter-Factory Strike Committee (MKS) were held in August 1980 and European Solidarity Centre.
The signing of the Gdańsk Agreement opened the gate to freedom of Poland and other Communist countries.
You’ll have the opportunity to put your feet and to be in this place.
From the Solidarity Square we will make
2. The Walk around the Medieval Gdańsk.
During a walk you will see objects which history started in medieval time and later, like the objects on the Royal Way among others: Upland Gate, Golden Gate, Dluga Street – on which temenent - houses belonged to rich Gdansk patrician families like Uphagen, Ferber, Konnert-Schuman, Main Town Hall, houses which were the residences of Polish kings visited Gdansk, Artus Court - the seat of various brotherhoods (among others of the Brotherhood of St. George, St. Christopher, Dutch etc.), Neptune Fountain, Green Gate.
Beautiful Mariacka Street with fore-terraces. Street is also the Amber Street as you can find there many amber shops and galleries.
St. Mary's Church – the biggest gothic world church made of bricks with many interiors from XV – XVI century like great astronomical clock, sculptures and altars and copy of the famous Hans Memling painting “The Last Judgement”
Old Crane - the biggest crane of the Medieval Europe.
Motława River on which banks the harbour was set in Xth century.
And many others.

The Main Part of the Medieval Gdansk area is walking area and transport is not necessary.
