With so much vivacity around, Annapurna Base camp (4,130m) is set amidst the mighty peaks Mt. Annapurna I 8,091m, Mt. Annapurna II 7,939m, Mt. Annapurna III 7,555m, Mt. Annapurna IV 7,525m, Mt. Lamjung Himal 6,986m, Mt. Hiuchuli 6,441m and Mt. Machhapuchre 6,993m. The base camp is known as the point from where the trekker initiates to conquer the Peak. The delight of the scenario of the basecamp will leave anyone spellbound.The entire Annapurna region has so many outstanding places to offer with each of them being unique and classic. The journey starts from a beautiful city of Pokhara. While ascending the basecamp, not only Annapurna Base camp is explored but also the passing post "Machhapuchre Base camp" which gives unbeatable view of the majestic peak "Machhapuchre".

After few hours drive to Shewai walking along with the nature begins. Even though the first few places are followed by easy and flat land, the route gets hard and adventurous with every increasing steps. Jhinu danda is normally choosen to stay overnight where one can refresh the tired nerves with the availability of hot spring.From Jhinu, the trek goes steep all the way to Chommrong, a thick settlement of Gurung community leading to Lower and upper Shinwa one after another. Bamboo, Dovan, Deurali are the passing points with some unique attractions on each. Every step to the destination is a total thrilling experience that gives you a tingle down the spine. The way turns its feature from Deurali making it more intense. The more you walk, the more you reveal the new layer of nature i.e heavenly beauty of the entire place. And the next stop is the beautifully snow clad Machhapuchre Base camp from where the gigantic peaks can be seen.
